Christmas Day 2008

Yesterday started out the Christmas for us we went to Cherry Hill to Dad's Christmas party. Me Joe,Alissa went and he was happy to see us. Then we brought him home for Christmas after the party and Dwight was loving every minute on that. Dwight got to talking about having Christmas at home with Daddy for a long time now. So he is home until Sat after lunch Mom wants to get him back to Cherry Hill before I leave so that she will not have to deal with him while I am gone. After we got back home we went to April and Jason house for supper and to let Alissa open our gifts from us. We stayed until about ten o'clock and then we came home. After we got home we let Joe open his and we ope ours because he had to work Christmas Day. Well we got Joe some clothes which he needed and new coat for Christmas. Kent got some clothes and a remote control chopper which he wanted for Christmas. Then he got me some Ruby and diamond ear rings and Joe got me a neckles and I loved them both. Together he got us a GPS which we wanted to get well I am not good at direction. Christmas Day we went to Mom's house we got her and Dad both a photo frame. April brought the kids by to see Mom,Dad and Dwight loved seeing them both. Dwight wanted to hold the baby and April let him hold Brody and Jason took his picture with him. Of course April had to help Dwight hold the little man. Robin and them were at Mom's along with Melissa. Robin held the little man and loved on him and talk about him. But Melissa did not even look at them she watch court TV while they were at Mom's and then when she got ready to leave she went out the back door to avoid going by them are even seeing them. She did not have a lot to say to me either. But you know that hurts me so much when they do me and my family that way. She does Mom the same way but yet she goes and eats supper with her after work so go figure that one out. Well enough I could go on but it is Christmas and I don't won't to get on that subject. Last Night and Tonight\My Day at The Dr.

Last night was some more night as far as weather,me hurting,the dog. The weather was crazy last night I have to say. I was up and down all night long because I was hurting and the weather was not helping me. My legs and my back we hurting then Cookie got upset with the lighting, thunder, of yes the sever weather bell went off at the fire station which was fine. That made Cookie worse and I could not sleep for all of that plus the leg's and pain. When the weather changes like rain or cold it makes the hurt worse. So today I went in to see my Dr and sent me over to the hospital to get shot's in my leg's. So I have fell even worse tonight then I did last night. When get home and later this after noon I heard we may have some snow tonight so that does not help either. But just maybe I can sleep better since it will not be thundering or lighting tonight and Cookie will sleep better to. The Dr told me today this can only be treated with the shot's and medication because the back is pressing on a main nerve and you can not do surgery on this at all. Things around The Garrison House

Well over the weekend we watch the SEC game we did not want to see the Tide lose the game against the Gator's but we did. Miles came over and watch it with use I ask him when he called if he was sure he wanted to watch it with us because I can get loud when I watch an Alabama game and he said yes. He told me that was part of watching the game with me because I get excited about the game and I do get loud he said be that made it more of a game he said. So we lost but that is OK we are going to the Sugar Bowl and that is OK with me. Then on Sunday night we had a good time at the Courington's. The party was a lot of fun as always and the food, company was the best as always a christian party is the best. April,Jason and the kids showed up and everyone was happy to see them they all fell in love with Brody. Everyone one said that he was a cutie. Well I think he looks like his Nana HA!HA! I know. It was great to see Mary Mary at the party to she is looking good. Joe and his partner had a great time to she enjoyed all the good food we had on hand to. They don't get the chance to have good home cooked food very often because they have to eat out all the time at work. So it makes it nice when they can get some good food instead of take out food. Well I heard on the news at six o'clock that a 70 year old woman from India had a baby I thought everyone might want to know this. I myself can not imagine having a child at seventy years of age. Brody Update/Other Things

Well April took the Little Man to the Dr today he gained up to 8lb 1oz he got his first shot. Alissa went with April to help and I talk with her on the phone and she said he cried real tear's when he got his shot. She said they ran down his cheeks his face got all red to. I told her that she cried real bad to when so got her shots. So I wanted to spread the good word of the Little Man and let you all know he is getting fat. He will not be a month old until next Friday so he is doing great as far as getting to be a little chunky boy. Also I went to my Mom's on Tuesday to take my brother his tree he wanted a blue Christmas tree so I found him one. When we got to her house my youngest sis was at Mom's. She seen me coming I went in the front door and she ran out the back door to keep from seeing me she is mad at me for some reason. I don't know why she is acting the way she is toward me. But that is OK she can stay that way if she wants to. Tonight her and my older sis went and put a tree in Dad's room which is fine but they never as me to do anything with them. Robin does not have anything to do with me either and I think it all has to do with Dad and other things that I am not sure about. But I could go on and on about things but I do not need to do that. So I will end on a good note that is I hope that Alabama Win's the game Saturday. I do feel for the Auburn fans they get to feel what the Tide had to feel the past couple of years. Well Roll Tide Roll
